Paint Me a Picture

"Paint me a picture..."

You grab my waist,

you hold my chin,

give that bedroom gaze

'fore your lips give in

"Freeze."

to that petty pause,

to this silly space

of half an inch

away from my face.

Heck, trip, touch, and let's call it an accident.

partly this poem is sensual in a good way....and part of me reads it differently now because of all the recent abuse that has come to our attention...the accidental/ on purpose touch..the unwanted closeness.
