The warmth of the sun brings us out back outdoors


From a cold winter chill. Beaches and pools are now open


Where we bask and bath in the summer sun.


Children laugh and play in public parks as their parents fire up


The barbeque with hot dogs and burgers. Ocean waves creep


In on a moonlit beach where late night couples talk of old times


Together. The trees are filled with flowers and birds sing their


Summer songs. Crickets chirp a soothing melody that lulls us


To sleep. Such are these long awaited summer signs...
