I thought my mind zone would elevate over the order to stay home.
Too focused on The Mission and I forgot to call Home.
Not too many friends left from where I call home.
Dog has fleas so now she gets the comb.

I'm longing to be a professor who cares.
Showing my students how to discern from the wheat and the tares.
I want to be about their fares and not be seen as Pharaoh.
But if they focus on my hair will they fly over my authority like a sparrow?

Quarantine showed me I can let simple frustrations distort what's outside my control.
After the jet lifts off it will eventually fly past Seoul.
A mind then condemns a man stuck at the North Pole.
Falling back to reality in a state of vitriol.

But then my Dad told me uproot what has The Throne.
Grapes of Wrath poured out to purify the lows.
Restoring the joy of salvation to those passive folk.
Hearing my cry as He tells me why.
