I am just a man who carries out the meaning of God’s Plan.
It’s not to be a fan. An underwhelming Stan who parrots words that he does not understand.
I watch the sand falling from my Father’s Hand and I demand that He throw me out of this frying pan.
You could say He’s beating the Hell out of me being The Man.

Oh...did I just offend you?
Do I need read off the eulogies of all these dead men’s tombs?
Is it too early for us to be having The Talk?
Has it weirded you out enough seeing a human putting on a dead man’s cloth?

Were you impressed to see that The Walking Dead have learned how to talk?
They’ve got moths for brains and they bought their favorite designer’s new stock.
Every thought gets voiced as “Hey! They just bought a new smock!”
Their bones are quite hollow as they choose to follow the least resistant path of an idol they will kill tomorrow.

Is this Rocky 3 vs. Apollo and I’m just afraid of what The Grave will have to say when I’m on my knees in sorrow?
Yet my innocence to sin is what craves to win.
My righteousness is of Him and I come from a heritage of Twins.
Inception that we have moved past the deception that I can look at my reflection with full protection.

I choose not to be defined by the way I Fall.
I’ve Risen above it all.
I’m the Salt to those who have chosen to default.
So don’t fault me when I might sound a little salty.

He won over my heart and I didn’t even shoot a shot.
He ascended my thoughts.
He tilled the ground and untwisted my knots.
He turned back the clock and showed me how I AM has been operating since the first second ever dropped.

Apollos
Reflecting on the identity politics going on and made me get introspective on who I claim to be.
