Breath

Breath

A Poem by albee

I took a sound bath, thinking of a forest bath.

It tickled my breath into sneezing memories.

Memories of my breath blowing over time,

singing joyously in circles with fire, sobbing in despair,

voicing intimacy, fire breath of anger,

running up a mountain with lover,

to make howls and love at the peak.

memories of life
thought bubbles swirling
in bath water recalling special
moments ..running up the
mountain side with love on
top peaking through..

I think sitting in a nice warm bath is a wonderful way of musing, thinking of situations that have stimulated you throughout your life, good memories, singing, a tryst of intimacy, running up the mountain with a lover,
but mixed in are sad memorizes of crying, anger and more. This is life and we all remember the good and the bad. Stay in that tub!!!
Nice!!
Best, B
