A life like a bolt of Light

A life like a 

bolt of light,

From the sky, 

on a sullen

Irate night.

 

Birth was 

instant,

Followed by

a fatal foray-

In the same minute.

 

A Self-Incinerating 

spark is lit-

And Extinguished 

at the strike 

of life

but yet,

my Candle

respects a 

steady 

drip.
