The Babe's Voice

The Babe's Voice

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Ga ga

"

The Babe's Voice

She seeks the child's voice an innocent style
The child may mumble a note or two
We have not heard this language for a mile or two
We come to understand this gibberish plunge
And find joy in words that no one understands!

Fresh eyes, new insights, understanding beyond the pale of normal reasoning. Talk about missing a conversation with a new being. It just might win an Oscar!

but it would be cool to learn baby talk, and know exactly what the baby is thinking and saying---

could you imagine what that would sound like...especially a conversation between adult and child in that language? if only....this makes me think of the old jan and dean song "baby talk"

"ba ba ba
bop n dat n dat n wa wa wa"
