Patience in the Heart

Patience in the Heart

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

My sister's joy

"

Patience in the Heart

Among all the stories of Earth

comes one big bump.

She was cradled in a grave

her mother rocking thin

Their relationship of nothing

became the mainstay of mother

and child.

Her son came in a story foretold
They grew into love with no stones to throw
She waited years until he matured into man
Then came grandchildren like it was fairyland.

The joy creeped into crevices yet unborn
My sister was deeply in love
Katie first, Keira followed
The joy of the Earth smoothed one bump hollow.

Thanks Wolf!

A new unpleasant development. I asked sis if she could help me upon coming home, I was in the hospital. She watched the grandkids and told me to stop calling her.

It was birthday time for Mom, Kelly & daughter, Katie. Kelly received a peanut butter cheese cake, one of my images & card. Katie received an ITunes gift card. They were playing baseball when I arrived. Trapper, Kelly's lab, went crazy when he saw me. He likes me for some unknown reason. This is a real house of joy!

Yes Skittles that's me, ring bearer, getting married in the second grade. Thanks guys!

Regards,
Al
