The Wedding's Celebration

The Wedding's Celebration

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

WC as a marriage

"

The Wedding's Celebration

We have all been wed in a dream of sorts,

Smiles becomes articles of friendship

Words juxtaposed on words

reminding us of what makes this

seem extraordinary.

You bend around another page of time

see a poem, author and rhyme.

Where hearts lay down among verses afresh

with wonder

We all become wedded to each other

Armed with thoughtful eyes

Hearts bursting red's glow

Have you heard a Kelly, Moonskittles, FT, Jacob, Ana

peeping out of our stories told

If you haven't read one virtue I'd say it's time

to sink sink deep into these storied rhymes.

WC has a marriage … the lovely individuals you mentioned aside and of course many others … but sometimes … George and Martha are a little too loud:)

celebrating the marriage of words, the understanding of each other as poets...we are all we have most often...and we don't need that piece of paper to show that our relationship to one another is true....we are poets, the words are enough...

this is so cool...and thank you for including me in the poem, my friend..i am honored.
