Ancient Lore

Ancient Lore

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

damn it get up!

"

Ancient Lore

Send me into a snowstorm of good words
Blind me with wind, howling in my ears,
Feel the curse of the cold gathering around the soul
You may want to weaken, fall into the storm's depth
But to me, I roar back, finding the poem of ancient lore.

Hi Nocturne! I'm prone to the mysterious. It seems to find voice in my soul.

wow this is magnificent...enriched imagery of profound
mysticism that is quite enchanting.
Thank you for sharing (:

This was quite a storm considering the area is enjoying spring like weather. On the other hand I felt nostalgic for one great day of poetic blizzard.

Brrrr!

Al
