The Frog

Northants Writers Ink were asked to write a piece using a random selection of words

The Frog.

Once upon a time, there was a pretty, young princess. She lived in a big castle on the edge of a place called forever. One day her dog was running through the apple orchard and he notices a little frog. The Princess cycled over to her dog, who had stopped running around and was staring intensely at the frog. She got off her bike and looked at the frog as well.

The frog was mainly green with small orange spots and it made a 'Lurch' noise. Suddenly, the frog disappeared in a puff of smoke. The Princess was surprised and stepped back. She could hardly believe her eyes. Her dog 'Tick-Tack' sniffed around to see where the frog had gone but he couldn't find it.

The Princess got back on her bike and started to pedal back to the palace. Nobody knows what happened to the frog. Do you?
