Beware Second hand shoes!

Beware Second hand shoes!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Who wore these shoes
that transported a soul,
that carried the heart
that stood the thoughts
on life travelled?
Second hand shoes
ready to support,
lonely waiting.
What will become
of the new owner?
Will one become
under the spell
of the previous owner,
a killer on the run
a shoe less travelled?
Where will these shoes
take thee?

well, a good thing is that the shoes are worn in....they won't hurt the feet...sometimes used is better...
and experience in life allows us to have much more of an understanding.

Where will these shoes take thee? Fascinating thoughts on buying second hand. I think about the previous owners of goods purchased too Andrew, but not in a sinister way. I recently bought what would have been a jacket completely out of my price range. Got it for a snip, had it cleaned and feel like the bees knees in it. Last thing on my mind is sinister, what is on my mind is a touch of luxury and class. My granddaughter told me it must have belonged to a dead person :) I like where these lines took me.
