The devil’s chamber of hard knocks.

The devil’s chamber of hard knocks.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

When the sky opened
third from the sun
in the after hours
shadows in the dark
travelled the path of longing.

I shot an arrow
in the air,
the last flight,
a penchant to dream,
love on the loose -
judgement night.

I love how you word things in a very meaningful way with thoughts travelling along your mighty pen. You could write stories too...
