A Poem by andrew mitchell

What is the mind
but a stage
for the audience
of thoughts
to entertain him.

This is thought-provoking, the goal for brief expressions. Even tho your poem says nothing about continuity, I found myself pondering different ways the mind jumps from one stage performance to the next. Some are more concerned with each dazzling performance, whereas others are more into continuity! *wink! wink!* Fondly, Margie
