Collectively, humour without a laugh.A Poem by andrew mitchell

a comic verse tripped over a comical line in a comic decline the crowd sentenced it “not funny!” I stand to be corrected, the humour had moved on I’m now a clown not a comedian. Collectively, humour without a laugh is no more a tear in a clown’s eye. © 2021 andrew mitchell |
