No flies on us then!

No flies on us then!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Man will always
find a maggot
from his past
that will happily
devour his future.

oh I have known quite a few maggots in my day that I do my best to avoid. But I'm sure that there are a few who consider me the maggot they must avoid haha. Though to be fair I wouldn't consider myself so much a maggot but more a hemorrhoid. Thank you for this funny honest piece of poetry Andrew.

Maggots get a bad rap. They are very useful in cleaning up putrid flesh. But that one big maggot will always find a way to devour what's left of the future.
Well done Andrew ... there's even a hint of Hallowe'en in this write.

Good job.

How true that can be. Clever brevity Andrew. Best make sure those maggots feed elsewhere.
