A bridge too far

A bridge too far

A Poem by andrew mitchell

There are places
I want to see
and people
I want to be
but alas
I am run over
by self….
left to dwell
on who I am
where the gap
between where
I am now
and where
I want to be
is the horizon
I cannot meet.

Thought-provoking, Andrew, well-written.
A minor criticism, a typo ... shouldn't it be "too" in your title?
