Happy New Year!

Just something I threw together pretty fast, happy new year everyone (:

Another year has passed,
To 2013 we say hello,
Many things will be forgotten,
Some will be remembered though.

Friendships have been ruined,
Loved ones have been lost,
But there have been good times too,
To make up for all the loss.

I've met lots of new people,
Friends worth keeping for life,
I've met a guy who loves me a ton,
And wants me to one day be his wife.

I've found everlasting love,
Amazingly wonderful friends,
I've made relationships to last,
Ones I never want to end.

So the unfortunate deaths,
Loss of friends that are fake,
Have only made me stronger,
Shown how much I'm able to take.

I feel much stronger now,
There isn't as much to fear,
I've been through a whole lot,
But I'm excited for the new year.
