Ravens

The raven flew over my head and took a left down a hallway.I continued to follow it as it entered into the last room.

Carefully walking by glass,I entered the room.Gaping black stared back at me,but I stood,almost wetting myself, ALMOST , because at least five pairs of beady red eyes glared back at me.

Than something happened.Screaming should have been it but instead,it was a whisper."Erik?"

Erik was in a far corner,looking at me with a hungry look on his face. Well,not the face I was use to. He had the beak,eye shape and feathers of a raven,raven wings sprouting out his back,his eyes red. He sat in a tiny lamps light.

My beautifull Erik. He's a...a...well,what in the hell was he?

All the beady red eyed things cawed as Erik stood up and ran after me.

Not to hug me or kiss me. To eat my heart out I assume.

I ran.Ran like hell as he chased after me. The stairs were hard to run down.My right foot got stuck in a hole and I fell. Fell hard. Fell painfully down.

I layed there,gasping for air sinse the fall knocked it out of me."Please Erik.No." I whispered.

I hear him caw from behind me and I shut my eyes tight,ready for his attack.

"Go stupid human!! Run!! Get up!!"

I didn't look back to see whom saved me as I released my foot and limped quickly out of the house.

Away from Erik.Away from the secrets and lies hes built up that were now crumbling down.
