Drowning in black

*drip* splatter *drip* splatter

mascara pools
beneath my eyes

drips off my face
to splatter on
my pillow case

slowly my bed
begins to rise

the black runs down
my blanket sheets
onto the ground

im drowning in
tears paradise

drip *splatter* cough *splatter*

the dark water
reaches my chin

my tears explode
and fall into
the dark unknown

spitting up black
from the ocean

out my window
my bed escapes
onto the road

mascara tears
wash over earths skin

*drip* splatter *drip* splatter

the entire world
painted black ice

because my tears
and my bed boat
ride out for years

the world drowns in
the dots on dice

my adventure
never will stop
i cry forever

we live life in
