As the Autumn leaves change,
I too feel a change in me,
like a soul exchanging a body for wings.

Beautiful poetic expression. A falling leaf can mean so many different things. A spiritual passing, does it for me. Change of season. I feel the change of season. I physically feel the slow down in my energy levels with the loss of light. I rest and look forward to energising spring and rebirth.

Had a very good friend who never got to see autumn this year having succumbed to cancer on the 13th of August, my wife's birthday. Hopefully she has her angel wings and is at peace.
