Butterfly Dreams

I take my flight of fancy
To the land of butterfly dreams,
Where every loving wish comes true
And all is just as it seems.

I fly low over green grass fields
Then high to the clouds above.
In this land I have the power
To sprinkle fairy dust laced with love.

I glide up over the rainbow
And smile at the man in the moon.
I play hide and seek among the stars
With the angels hovering there,

I sail a silver schooner through the
Milky way into a sea of stardust lagoon.
And land upon my island of dreams
Where I awake too soon.
