Writing To You

Writing To You

A Chapter by R E Tree
"

I wrote this listening to Yellowcard- ocean avenue

"

Talking all day

Saying things

What we shouldn't like to say

But thats who we are

We are driven

We are pretty much mad

We talk of lots of things

Learn things

What we really don't need

But I'd twist everything around

To surprise you when your down

Run from our problems

Just try and make things better

Your never alone now

Not talking to you

Is something I will never be able to do

Beautifully penned! The poem had a lot of emotion and was written from the heart!

your sweet poem flowed like a song to my ear, I like when simple things of life speak in a personal way that there is no doubt it came from the heart, as your piece here, but can You make the font size bigger? I had to zoom it so I can read your words.

I loved it. It provided this sense of secretive things that no one understands. It's also so true. I really like this poem and I feel like there was something you were trying to communicate between the lines, although I can't figure out just what...

I like this poem. Felt like a conversation that become more needed with each line. Secrets can hold people together. But we need adventure and dreams to escape the world. Thank you for the excellent poem.
