MEMORIES

A Poem by Ankur Sharma

Wish I could forget those eyes

Cause they told me my image reside in them

They never close

They never blink

They just the dust particle of me

Wish I could forget those two rosy lips

Cause they always murmured my name on them

They don’t meet

They don’t shrink

They just remind of every kisses

Wish I could forget her long and dense hair

Cause they want to tie softly my soul

They always open

They always scattered

They just covered me from the sunshine

Wish I could forget that pure heart

Cause it told me I am the breath it takes

It doesn’t beat

It doesn’t vibe

It just making me the life in she.
