My Love

My Love

A Poem by Greg the Bard

My Love

She came from a land of fairytales hopes

She was brought up to see the real in people

She brought with her, her mother’s love of family

She learned the right of mankind’s wrong

An Island renowned in history for all time

An answer to grace through chivalry long renounced

A misconceived childhood that made her strong

An era of time passed that only she could withstand

A Father’s love she would not deny

A Father’s loyal love to a family true

A Father’s endurance of a war out of hand

A Father’s body broken before his time

I knew you not…, for the first 22 years of your life

I have now known you for 33

I have not completed my learning of your ways

I will know the small as well as the large things you bring

We are now one unto all life and for life to see

We were from the beginning and until the last I hope to be

We can but grow in a new form at our new age

We and only we can see the difference in each other

You are my wonder and my will

You make me strive to go forward

You keep my soul safe from wrong doing

You rescued me from me, you are my life

Her supple lower back soft to my touch

Brings her sweet softness to spread closer

Her dimple buttocks curving ever lower

As our legs intertwined in warmth of passion

Her shoulders smooth with lavenders taste

Her hands soft as her fingers tighten to hold

Her abdomen tracing to depths unknown

Leaving no part undiscovered

That which we have made has life today

That was not a mistake but out of love for each other

That you bore my hope for my name to continue

That in gods love you brought me new fame

The sweetness of your smell when first we met

The light in your eye, the sparkle of my wonder

The real faith in mankind’s search for a soul mate

The fantasy lurking in the bright of day everlasting

Strong are the eyes that find my inter self

Strong is the cheek bone that hold the lips

Strong is the neck that focus the breast

Strong are the shoulders that hold me in time

Feeling the wonder that makes us one

Feeling the shiver of passion as erotic zones are found

Feeling the mines of treasures laid bare

Feeling the release of true love that is meant forever

Now a time of finding the joy of young love

Now knowing it could happen because of God

Now seeing the family for the first time

Now understanding that we are the family

Laying in sated wonder of a passion now found

Laying next to the girl now woman of mine

Laying in depth of understanding that what we have is ours

Laying and smelling the sex now combined

What horrors we have fought with each other

What life has thrown at us to catch and throw back?

What hardships we have made for each other

What tests we have overcome in time

Minds do mingle with loves most potent force

Minds that give way to the others hope of happiness

Minds now finding new ventures to follow

Minds still showing the love that tempers in time

Lingering here now to rest

Lingering for the right to say we are

Lingering yet again to hold ourselves

Lingering together as we are.

I thank my Lord for the wonder of Joan

I see the love that is not a memory but we as one

I love with all my heart this girl now mine

I know this love I have is divine

Finding the words to express how one feels about their love and mate..seems so much easier that just grabbing words out of the air to write..experience is the key..isn't it..kucky you..Valentine
