Knowledge

A Poem by Tate Morgan
"

Don't fear the ones with their own ways For they may know what we do not

We come into life as innocents

no prejudice upon our soul

Washed clean by a new beginning

not a single debt, nor a toll

We have two choices most of us

codes of fathers we just swallow

Or blaze a path in loneliness

others wonder but don't follow

It is that rare one we may find

who chooses to go his own way

These are the ones we all admire

not for them but us we should pray

Fearless souls unafraid to die

they the ones bucking convention

Who teach us all our life's follies

by adding a new dimension

As life progresses onward

to it's predestined conclusion

We learn then teach the least of us

to see truth not the delusion

Don't fear the ones with their own ways

for they may know what we do not

He who turns toward forgiveness

has discovered what most forgot

This is very true Tate. You did a wonderful job expressing how and why people need knowledge and forgiveness. Great. I think for me this had a very powerful meaning and has some very strong, insightful, messages encoded in them.

Full of so much Wisdom here i love this we are always learning from friends family maybe a Harmless stranger saying a kind good morning and even our children i feel we can learn from others and they learn from us but every thing is a lession to me as i love to learn lol and love The Humble Knowledge and Wisdom this is very Humbling to me Forgiveness frees us but also that person that may of felt bad when they ment no wrong its a heavy weight being lifted from us, i for give and forget no matter how painful and how bad i was hurt but if they didnt mean it i let it go but theres times so just dont care but i am guessing you mean the Heros the ones that guide us and we guide in our lives that might hurt us now in then we are not perfect as we are only human. but i will say this we are pefectly unperfect just the way we are but yet we are beautifully Perfect in our own way how we care in show love and spill the knowledge and wisdom god graces us with and we pass it on to whome ever we feel needs or asks for a Kind hand or just a friendly hello and some help. So we are Teachers and Students Philosopers and Thinkers of today God Humbling us and us Humbling him and saying thank you for this wisdom you have graced us with Humble Wisdom is the Most respectful that i know thats what i see in your poem here beautiful write God bless

Poem is very true. Parent must teach their kids to be fair and be kind to all people. I love the purpose of this poem. We must overcome words from poor teachers and try to live in peace with others. Better to walk alone then walk the wrong path.

yet I follow my own path into the great unknown,
I see the mistakes of wiser men,in lessons they have shown,
somehow try to connect the dots,as I walk my path alone,
searching for the one true love that I can call my own...LonelySoul
