This is absolutely stunning. Loved the wise words, the truth about life, worded with such powerful thoughts. I enjoyed the way you brought reference to nature, the metaphors were amazing, and this just flowed with that inherent brilliance of rhythm and voice that your poems exhibit.

I have been to places. Where one more day of life is precious. The poem open the door to thoughts answer by living and trying to understand life. I like the complete poem. A strong ending to a excellent poem.

well.. its amazing how sometimes words unexpectedly just.. flow into our minds. Anyway, this s a really short, well written piece. I enjoyed this one!

Short and sweet. The words, while well organized, are rather cliche in their sentiment- not necessarily a bad thing, just something I feel needs to be remarked upon. The only line that strikes me as particularly jarring is "Of death and gory". The context of "gory" seems unbelievably forced, and while it doesn't break the flow of the piece, it does serve to be slightly distracting. The first two lines are my personal favorite out of the poem, and also the ones which seem, to me, hold the most meaning and genuine emotion.
All in all, a somewhat deep, enjoyable little poem. Keep it up.
