What’s your freedom like?

This is a poem about nature.

Do you always dream of grasping that freedom and holding it tight?

If you were given that freedom of a life time,

Would you walk the earth with your bare feet?

Regardless of the mud and dirt and all those things,

Or breathe in the cold fresh air early in the morning

And catch a cold and say its part of glory?

Would you run with the wild or pick a few wild flowers

And bring it home?

Would you take a sip of the ice cool water that reflects like a mirror?

Would you savor the earth and be not afraid to get a little tan,

Or cry with it when the earth feels exhausted,

Or stare at the heavenly stars at night shining out so bright,

Oh how I wish I could be with you tonight,

Or say to yourself, oh what an exhausting day

And drown yourself in champagne?
