Loathing

Loathing

A Poem by Richard William Mueller III
"

I hate myself and it shows

"
At home inside my head
I can never make my bed
The weight of things said
Heavier than a wound that's bled

Self-reflection is my worst enemy
Simultaneous admiration and enmity
Maybe I'll feel some sense of serenity
If I walk out the door, I could feel amenity

Author's Note

Richard William Mueller III
Go ahead and analyze in a normal capacity (considering it's only two verses and is a relatively meaningless poem at the end of the day).
