Black Hole

Black Hole

A Poem by Richard William Mueller III
"

Once a virtue, now a vice

"
Tart as the lemonade under my tongue
Never knew I could feel this way
Got me out of things to say
Thought I was the only one

Now you're beaming down onto me
Now you're shining just like the sun

Gonna grow into something more
Hold you up on a pedestal
I think we could be seminal
I'm eager to see just what's in store

Now you're expanding, anyone could see
Now you're a supernova, I implore

Scaring me, choking me, on my weakness you will feed
All my insecurities, so easy for you to see
I will be getting gone, out of sight, out of mind
Kinda think I'm going blind, in the darkness I could find

Now you're exploding, why won't you let me be?
Now you're a black hole, your stars have aligned

I don't think I can survive this

Author's Note

Richard William Mueller III
I felt a rhythm that I simply could not ignore. It may not be great, but tell me if you enjoy it.

wow, I read recently someone that spoke similar. And you are in withdrawel, from something that wakes you, and heightens your senses. It is drooping, it is formidable, it is chaos, great read! hon :D
