I wrote this when missing my first college bf

Its been a long time since I have been in your arms
And even longer since the last time you cared for me
But still, four years later I think of you all the time
Maybe its just this time of year making me remember
Then again it could be just the type of boy you were
I know that someday I will move on and probably forget
All the times you spent holding me in your loving arms
And maybe I will forget all the times you made me smile
But that day I'll probably find that charm you gave to me
Then it will take another long time to stop loving you again
I wonder if you ever think of me and miss me anymore
But I know deep in my heart that you won't miss me anyway
Because the day you said goodbye you didn't love me
And maybe, just maybe, you never loved me all that time
But maybe, being your first love, I'm always on your mind
I guess thats one thing I have, I had loved before you
But was it real, anything we had, or was it just a game
I still think of youfrom time to time, do you still think of me?
Maybe, such a weak word, but it means everything to me.
Because maybe, just maybe, you still love me to this day
And maybe some day I'll stop loving you, maybe, just maybe
