The dog begging is just a person wanting something but not being able to say it, the owner not getting what the dog right is meant to show that no one can tell what you truly want.

The dog begs
The owner feeds him
The dog doesn’t stop
The owner pets him
The dog continues
The owner brushes him
The dog begs
