Prologue

This is a fictional story built around the ongoing dispute of the temple of Phra Vihear.  The temple is technically within the Kampuchean border, but because of political instability in Kampuchea for many years and the fact that the temple is so important historically. the Thai government has been providing the services in this area.  And therein lies the conflict.  Which country actually controls an area -- the one which claims historical control over the area, or the one which has provided the services?
