Dear, The Deadliest,

Dear, The Deadliest,

A Poem by beckyflowa
"

A poem about dealing with a broken heart that was delivered to you out of the blue.

"

My life is bare, but yours goes on with ease,

My mind; tormented by our foolish dreams,

My insides curdling on your devilish deed,

The horror I wake from each night in my sleep,

From when which I arise from, I kick and I scream,

I, needing you, while you need not for me,

And places and people look near obsolete,

I see you, tormented; the struggle to be,

How is it that when you eliminate me

your life has been bettered, the feeling is free,

Laughter and yellow is all that you see,

Like beating and bruising and pain was the key,

Was the harm you caused me, better for you?

You have killed what I was, would you care if you knew?

I think the last time I was on this site was 2014, and I remember a couple of your poems from back then.

You've come a long way. Which is saying something, since you started out with words I remember after five years.

"I, needing you, while you need not for me,
And places and people look near obsolete, "

Gut me like a fish, then.
