Secret Seconds

This is for someone I care about...she's going through a difficult time at the moment.

                        listening silence thoughts caught

                        as a net cast deep in mind's sea

                        opinion formed from gentle space

                        spirits heart found and held

                        conflict arises chaos follows

                        secret seconds of sad silence

                        becoming memories of my life

This feels like when I read someones poetry and the emotions of the piece transfers to my heart in empathy some times this effect is so strong in me I cant tell who's emotions I am feeling at the time is it me or them and then the chain of a pain present or a painful remembrance of a similar experience gets thrown into the mix like an emotional time traveler.

really like the alliteration used...if we listen hard enough...we will hear through that silence...
the voice in our heart...will it be content or chaotic...? it is up to us.
