I'LL NEVER KNOW

I recently lost my little brother this month and I am finding healing through writings.I just feel so expressivie when I take the dark road.

Your death feels like a piece of my heart ripped out of my chest.

The only peace I have is knowing you are an angel at rest.

I wasn't suppose to bury you, you were suppose to bury me.

I try to keep a smile but I'm sure the pain they can see

Bro why did you go?

I fall to my knees, crying asking why! why! knowing I'll never know.

I would like to see this poem extended and expanded a bit more as when it comes to writing poetry about your Brother you do a wonderful expressive job. Writing is also great therapy as many on here would agree...including myself.

But the minute I start getting completely angry it just turns right into calmness, im not sure how or why....but trying to stay positive. +
