Kiss of Death

Kiss of Death

A Poem by Sarah

Kiss of Death

The small simple gesture,

your cold hand on my bare side.

I can hear your heart speed,

as you can hear mine.

You softly lift up my face and kiss me for the first time.

We're never apart,

it's always you who's on my mind.

I feel your hands leave my face.

Your body, is no longer agaisnt mine.

You kiss me one last time,

and forever i would always be yours.

Then you left,

I was there.

slowly i drifted off to sleep.
