A Poem by Hush Hush

The memories are jumbled in my head,
When you tell me I did something
I did not,
The things I did
With no recollection,
Events with no feeling or affection,
Why do you try to erase me,
Something I did,
Or am I going crazy,
My voice rises to a soprano
As you tell me the things I did
Which I did not,
Why do insist that it is how you say,
Why don't you trust my word in the end,
I know that the things you say
I did not,
Do I have to infix it in my face,
For you to believe me,
For you to forgive me,
For things done without my doing so,
I had no say in the problems,
You say that I caused.

Author's Note

Hush Hush
Just frustrated with the fact that people, i'm not going to say who...coughmysistercough...try to tell me that I didn't do something when I did, and clearly remember doing so...T-T...

Great poem, at first I thought of some frustration caused by a troublesome love, but then I read the author's note and I giggled a little. Very creative, I really liked the way you expressed yourself with this poem. Great writing.
