The quickening of the heart to passion is both fury and surrender, consigned to the flame, as the heart thunders within one's breast. To feel the heat and agony of true love and how it flails - an agonizing flame -across the empty in-between spaces, stoked into radiance made gentle again by the soft words of a lover. To be seen is both liberating and terrifying.
The myth of a blind god is a misnomer I think.
Love is not blind, rather, it sees all the unlovely truth and loves nonetheless.
This is a safe place to surrender.

this is so cool...usually we want eye to eye contact because it develops trust...but here the love would show so strong with a gaze that it would spark the fire.

That is how I started and all through a year of poetic journey I always find myself comfortable with that style. Well, I think that is just all me : simple and plain yet full of complexity...and oh I realized it just now, while typing this reply to you.

Very unheard of...Unorthodox. In the rule and game of chess. You're game or playing style is very hard to read and predict. You'll draw your opponent to deep waters ( complexity ) and its over. You're indeed deep like a complex game of chess .

Yes, "deep" and unpredictable are the other words for me, the usual comments I often receive from the people around me. Well it just prove more and more that our poetry tells what and who exactly who we are...Chess. The game of mind, I see how much you are into it.

Chess was my first passion and I searched and studied it and my game and playing style continued to evolve until I reached that level where there's not really that much to prove. Demolishing and Defeating a formidable and high rank opponent wasn't that really exhilarating in the end. Not really making any impact... and then just recently I found and switch to Poetry.....totally novice and naive! Still trying to fit in, still finding my place and my style... Your passion with writing was the same passion I had with chess . But now I have a new muse ... Poetry! ... uncharted territory...for me..
