it takes a long time to get over a relationship involving trust that was beaten down and destroyed.

but if we allow...we can regain the trust and the ability to love again.

Very simply said, but heartfelt. There is a fear that grips up when we've been hurt before that makes it hard to trust and love again. If it's true, it will overcome that fear, I think.

Sometimes we are our own enemy...
The scars always remind us to be careful....never sure of what is yet to come...

But if the fear keeps us away then maybe we will never be able to love again.....
You can't force....to love but it will come from within when time is rite...and then the scars will heal.......in meantime..stay happy...:)
