the future

the future

A Poem by Megan

barefoot.

on a cool, rough surface

one path, way

no suitcase, baggage.

freedom

darkness.

only a shining, slivered moon

one arrow, compass for all

no directions, maps.

God's pointing finger

unknown.

just me searching, wondering

one person waiting, hoping

no knowing, feeling.

the future

I just follow the path.

free

with God's pointing finger

to

 the future.

I see it too. God's guidance is so necessary. No suitcases needed :D I liked this poem.
