Nameless ATM

Nameless ATM

A Poem by Cyanide Suicide
"

I've been working on this all freakin' year. -_- I couldn't finish the last stanza for some reason. I used 'fear' but that wasn't what I wanted. I wanted 'shock' but it was already used. I gave in and used 'fear' and it's not as bad as I thought it was.

"

Her skin was alabaster-white,
Her lips once red as wine.
Her pale blue eyes were crying
Tears from her soul benign.

She wondered if he would notice
The flickering in her eyes;
The cold, paralyzing fear
That would lead to her demise.

He stared down at her body,
Covered in blood, hers and his,
The splashes of red looking gaudy
Against her porcelain skin.

The candles burned lower and lower,
Her life was running out.
He lowered the knife to her slower.
Her blood was staining the couch.

The knife sliced into her shoulder,
Her eyes went wide with shock.
His smile grew bolder and colder,
His eyes her plight did mock.

A smile grew on her lips,
His smile vanished in fear
She wore an expression of bliss,
For she knew the sweet end was near.

Based off the song ‘Gone With the Sin,’ by H.I.M.
