Day Nineteen

Day nineteen:
Saturday, July 7th
Not much to say. It is one of those day I stayed in my room by myself and sat in a corner hugging my big bear and cried.

When things go wrong and I feel down... that's when I look up.

This is exactly what I do when I feel sad and when I wants to keep me with myself. :)

I heard that we should cry when we feels like crying, I heard of some medical theory about it.
That those who cry lives longer than the ones who don't cry and hold on the tears.
