I like this, I think its delightful and so true. Endorphins are flowing in both situations that makes a person feel good and the part about Hershey's calling those candies kisses, I think you just might be right.

Those first two lines are just glorious. I'm even feeling you, maybe, with the next two. But the last line just doesn't work for me... it takes it from somewhere that could potentially be really honest and makes it sort of saccharine and silly.

Can those first two lines make their way into another poem? I'd love to see them there....
