la vie en rose .... not so much

la vie en rose .... not so much

A Poem by Latifa
"

this poem has a very saddening and a gloomy aspect

"
gazing at the hollow ceiling
fighting the treacherous feeling
loosing every last hope of healing

scorning the wrongful fate
growing with malice hate
waiting for the expected date

ending his misery
leaving his agony
cutting his artery

Hauntingly beautiful, every word charged with emotion and melancholy. The rhyme and title suit this poem perfectly as well, good work!

Your rhyme literally was finessed. Every line falls impeccably, I envy your style :) Very emotionally charged and I thoroughly enjoyed

thank you dear for the kind review
I wouldn't want to make you made, that's for sure! A strong poem that speaks very loudly of intense anger. Hopefully, this was only your muse blowing off steam.

Dark and heavy but with that solemn resolve that makes poetry come alive. Well done.
