Sputtering peace

Sputtering peace

A Poem by Latifa
"

wrongful and cunnig lies everywhere

"
The woe of fire is pulling the dark
Rising, growing to clutch the spark
                 The cloaked spark
                      To enshrine the falsehood ark
         To blind the faithful mark
Peace is stifled in a shady lark
And war is honored in the impure monarch

nice work...the unfortunate reality is we are engulfed globally within a war that keeps peace out of sight and out of mind....

there is no more 'woe'
then a lack of brandy
unless you are drinking wine and run out of that
and not enough chesses
to go along with crackers
crackers are easy to get
no troubles there
HAI!!!

your talent is an invite to kohlrabi theater
bring cheese
and grapes
both colors

Your images are striking in this one, Latifa. It's incredible that peace still exists in parts of this war-torn world. Good one!

Wonderful tensions between fire and dark; peace and war. Favorite line was the opening, "The woe of fire is pulling the dark"
