to return

to return

A Poem by Latifa
"

to return to the right way is everyone ultimate quest

"

Quixotic as it ever can be

The cadence of life takes over me

To day and night

To night and day

It's all the same

It’s all plain

Nostalgic to the clay

My body wants to lay

It's bones and flesh

On the clay

So I bend my knees and pray

To smell the first flourished  burgeons of life

And return to the road of providence

The above create good vision and thoughts. Good to find the way to providence. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Be true to yourself and pursue your dreams, however impossible, Latifa. I was always a big fan of The Man of La Mancha and your poem is a wonderful tribute to the virtues extolled by that great character.

thank you for the read
I believe the 'right way' is something we all search for. What is very hard is to come to the realization that not everyone agrees on what IS the right way, we must all find it for ourselves or it is simply not. Well constructed work here. :)
