April mood swings

April mood swings

A Poem by Latifa
"

a consised poem that I had in mind.

"

April mood swings are paralleled  to mine,
its heat sears the greenish of lands
like doubts sears my desires;
yet its rain strokes the land to revive
like my faith strokes my seared desires

The symbioses between us and the seasons and the living Earth is well represented here Latifa in the clever use of terms 'strokes' and 'sears' - one a comforting action, the other injurious. A lovely spiritual write.

thank you dear Anto :)
How powerfully enchanted to see the seasons flowing into our lives... the painful shadows and the life-giving rains... May you always find the joys in each day... each month... all around you, dear poet.

I like the sound of the poem. In these five lines, there are a lot of feelings, mood, doubt, desire, faith...

You have mixed it together in a fine poem, Latifa. :) Rudi
