Jealous

Jealous

A Poem by Briony Bryant

I hope she can still taste me inside of your mouth,

buried deep inside of you,

swimming through every vain,

choking your heart.

Sure, this piece is short, but it definitely says a lot for itself! Jealousy is a very difficult and delicate thing for one to deal with and can often lead one down a dangerous road one day. It is a natural thing to be jealous when we see the ones we love or want with the wrong person...when they know we are right here, next to them.

I like the impact of the end. You are still a part of him and this is a great way to show it, along with your anger.
