Tribute To The Troops

A Tribute To Troops Fighting...I Did This A While Ago So It's Not The Best

He fought all day,

and all through the night

being careful wherever he stepped

incase he stood on a hidden mine

 

These troops are fighting,

fighting just for us

This may be our only chance to say,

As the troops get injured, most leading to death,

Thank you

 

In the end

they're saving our lives

and fighting for their survival

which some fail

and some succeed

 

But we know the ones who fail,

are gone to a comforting place

where they will be cared and loved

a place called Heaven

 

The ones that succeed,

have the pleasure

of once again meeting and greeting their loved ones,

as soons they step off that plane,

they're safe
